If you wish to delete your BitMine: Crypto Cloud Miner account, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the BitMine app.
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Select “Delete Account”.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your account information will be permanently deleted.
• Your mining data, rewards, and wallet balance will be removed.
• We do not retain personal data after deletion.

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
